TS, fyi.. i think BFG is the only indoor range that uses TITLEIST PRO V1s. Smile

WOW! I just realised my signature has kicked off such an active thread!

Actually, my wife knows exactly what i buy and how much i paid of them and she is always supportive. Similarly, i never comment on her handbag and shoe acquisitions cos they make me less guilty for spending $$$ :-).

The signature was actually adapted from another quote which says 'fishing gear' rather than 'golf quipment'. I am sure us golfers have much more 'integrity' than that :-P.

Same here. Wife doesn't care too much about my kit although I think I go overboard sometimes. Her rationale is that as long as I'm saving, I should be able to enjoy some of what I earn as well. Of course, I also don't complain when she spends my money Very Happy

FWIW, wifey bought me my Miura Giken irons for Xmas, but got a CD wallet and bag combo from me Very Happy

Just like I change my Car Rims and tires.
Told her $400 only but didn't tell her for One Rim/tire only.
All 4 rims and tires will cost $1600.

Like wise for golf clubs -$100 plus for the iron ...
but will not tell her the whole set is $1k plus.
