Beginner kakis

I am planning to go down to either NSRCC Executive or Mandai Executive this Friday. It's my first time after I got my PC 2 years ago.

So, I was hoping to find some beginner, who might be interested to join me.

At the same time, I hope this thread would also serve as a gathering place for beginners who would like to clock their 5 rounds of their 18 holes, before getting their HCP. Or simply finding other beginners to form a flight.

Had a meeting with oldie-newbie (Sam) and melv on 18 Aug for a 9 hole session at MBGC.

Sam booked us for the last flight, so it wouldn't be so rushing.

Was really humbled by the patience and encouragment that they had for a newbie, who is going down to a full course for the first time, on top of the bad ball flight.

Frankly speaking, I was really intimidated by the length of all the holes, but was constantly reassured by both Sam and melv.

It was a great experience and I had learnt quite a lot from the both of them.

Love to play with them again soon, but I'll need to fix my ball strike first.

join us la. Better dun learn from me, as evident from my duffing and topping of balls. Though we did not finish 9 holes, still damn shiok. GR is the place to gather like minded people!
