Qn on lead tapes on clubs

RULE 4:
4-2 Playing Characteristics Changed and Foreign Material
a: Playing Characteristics Changed
During a stipulated round, the playing characteristics of a club must not be purposely changed by adjustment or by any other means. 



- Means having lead tape on club is ok?


- Removing or adding of lead tape during game is not allowed?


- Any customisation of club is allowed as long does not affect club face and done so before game and not changed throughout?


Paiseh for all e noob questions... Jus wanna know wat i can or cannot do to my clubs... 

Btw is adding stickers to club ok? 

i know cannot adjust r1 loft between holes.

I think it is ok. However, it must not be done during a round. Same as changing shaft, adjusting loft etc. so cannot give yourself star sticker during round.

So long no change during the game is fine. Lead tape has to be before the game. Seen some pros clubs having lead tape on.

p.s. the bear sticker increase 1 SW? :p

i heard someone say before that we shouldn't even change ball compression during the game.  but hey, its like the 14 sticks rule. only if you play professional tournaments.
