I was thinking of buying one to try.
International shipping costs 19.99 and if anyone wishes to share it will be welcomed.

It moves when you hit the ball.

practicing with foam ball is not beneficial, as you cannot feel whether you hit the ball at it's sweet spot or not.

i got a tent for my practice, but the netting is torn after a few hit. i'm now looking for old blanket and bedsheet to use as my catch.

Try Almost Golf Ball.
Should give you the feel but less the distance and damage a real golf ball causes.

The Learning Tee.
They have a retail website where you can see the items and their details.
Shop is located at some industrial building in Simei, Bedok area.

Will you bring this to driving range ? And it moves when hitting balls.
I assumed you wanted to practise rough mat. I just doubt it will work well.
Just my single cent opinion.

Yeah my original idea was to practise using the rough portion.
But it does move a bit.
