New fitter at Keppel Club

Does that shop provides servicing/fiiting as part of their core business or their core business is in retail and servicing/fitting is a secondary business?

I have an experience in another store. Their core business is in retail and they also provide simple service like changing of grip. When I saw how they reap out the old grip, I was thinking "I don't want to see how they fit the new grip in". Needless to say, I do not go there for servicing anymore but I still buy stuff in that shop! When I need servicing, I will go to a fitter.
