Orna and AKCC are both buggy in fairways. I played Orna last month and the conditions are extremely bad, on tee box, fairways and on the greens. Green was not cut and the speed is like 5 or 6.

Tiara is still the best among the three. I am going to play both AKCC and Tiara this weekend.

If you want to play on a good condition course there...   Tiara still the best imo.
Other courses there condition not so good but more natural and diverse in offering.

If you got time for a game... go for Tiara. . Dun spoil your mood on others imo.   If got more time then can explore the rest...

Played Orna n AKCC ytd. Orna condition is real bad. For AKCC is strictly buggy on track.
