| Both seem to be targeted for higher handicap players needing more forgiveness.. I know the Karsten irons replace the longer irons with hybrids but what are the differences between both series? | |

| Thank you! Didn't think of youtube haha
So in terms of forgiveness it looks to be:
Karsten > G25 > i25 > S55 | |

| That's the forgiveness of club relative to size of the club. The Karsten is a super game improvement club. It's big and chunky and shots hit generally go high and straight. I had the pleasure of trying all these heads apart from from the s55 at the cdans bukit batok driving range ping fitting centre, and in two or more shafts. The brother who was patient enough to entertain me was professional and knowledgeable about the different options to suit my needs. Perhaps you can make your way down and have your questions answered. But please be warned, there is a promotional pricing now so if you do not wish to be tempted, stay away. - Gymrat76 wrote:

| Thanks.. I was there on Sunday to try out the G25 Hybrids.. didn't realize can try the irons too. Have tried my coach's S55 and I must say I like the sound and the feel of impact, though not as forgiving as my Burner 2.0s (as expected). In the process of poisoning myself to get the G25 irons haha | |

| dun need to poison.. just go for it. You will not regret the G25. And because these are fitted.. it will take out the equipment doubt.
Anyway.. the bros at the cdan ping fitting centre are great! they will not recommend things that does not suit you and they let the PING product do they own selling.
I would recommend those looking for PING to go there and try out the products. They have the full range for you. No affiliation with them on anyway.. just a happy customer. | |
