When I started out work, I recall having to do all sorts of stupid things like make coffee, photocopy, bind materials, run errands etc. I still do that these days but I can do so at my own leisure

MT has developed what we call Ultra Gigantic desires thats normally for someone who enters an environment thats in contrast with the last.

this is evident in his preference for sizes. for example when he buy Skins, he usually buy 2 size bigger. Same thing when we go out for "dim sum". he lays his hands on the biggest. he ignores quality and opt for quantitiy. simply put, he just choose the biggest he can find.

i know that many of you are wondering if i have pictorial proof. of course i do.

as the content of those pictorial is so graphically unsuitable for children and ladies consumption, i have opted not to post them here. if you wilsh, please PM me and i will send you the pictorial proof.

I was at Redstar 2 Sundays ago for dim sum brunch but didn't see this bao. I'll ask for it the next time I'm there

thats the Amy Yip special that JL was asking about sometime back.

the difference between the redstar and the malaysian version is the freshness and the quality of the meat. althought the singapore version is more expensive, its taste much better.

i am hungry now....all your fault MT....

I must clear this fact, as some might question the integrity of my stomach. Prior to consuming this mother-of-all-bao, I just had a big... no... a huge plate of duck rice (meat, egg and the spare parts) accompanied by one tank (well not really ... but it sure looked and felt like one) of sugar cane. Out of curiousity (mainly greediness... see MT, told you we could have been brothers) I took the offer to try half of that... that ... "thing" from Eric. It tasted really fresh and tasty which was the main reason I went as far as 2/3 of the half before deciding that one more mouth and it would have stuck on the throat as the stomach had already reached its capacity.

Benny.....thank goodness i did not bring you into the players lounge at MH. MT was in there for an hour and he had a hamburger, lamb chops, then salad, then another hamburger, then more lamb chops, one coke, one perrier, then he started on his pasta....and a coffee with desserts.

you would have lasted longer than MT given the turbo capacity of your digestive machine.

oh....then he went for the out to take some pictures and half an hour later he went in again. i don't think it was because he wanted Ian Poulter signature.

all the time i was left carrying my own bag......

so finally the truth is out... i guess now everyone knows my deepest darkest secrets and knows my passion and desire for HUGE ROUND things...


well, the truth is... it was wet, juicy, and the meat was just so fresh.. the salted egg yolk inside gave such a brilliantly succulent bite, it complemented the taste of the bun perfectly.

there was also turnips inside, which gave it an excellent crunch, and the quality of the dough was just nice, not too firm, yet possessing enough chewiness.

all this talk is making me hungry... anyone who wishes to try this bun, please place your name down, and gather at the den on friday, around 12pm - 2pm.

master, cannot go tmr because MC jio me to go and kick his ass... in front of his mum... so that he wont lose his temper...
