Asking for a bunch of friends who are interested in playing on a weekday.  Can non-members book and play at OCC without being accompanied by a member?

What other clubs in SG allow this?

I believe you can, give them a call in advance to find out.

I know for certain Sentosa can because it is still a 'public' course, albeit an expensive one.
