Hi everyone in Golf Republic Forum. Just joined, very green, still learning the ropes.

A little bit more about myself as this should be a proper self introduction thread yeah.

I stay in the West. Learn golf from a pro at Warren CC.
Been almost a year since I started learning. Currently using hand-me-down Tommy Armour irons and TM Burner FW. Only new club is RBZ Driver (Stage1) which spouse bought for me as present.

Favourite club is my 53deg Sand wedge.

Favourite place to play is JCC Executive. It's very near, convenient, and gives a good workout (I don't use trolley) after finish the 2 rounds.

Also played before at some other courses namely: Kuala Lumpur IOI, Jakarta Pondok Indah Golf Course, A'Famosa Golf Course, Palm Villa, Daiman 18, Pulai Springs, Mandai Executive course, Ria Bintan Golf Course.

Looking forward to more experiences with the people here. Cheers.

@Vinjess. Hi my coach is Uncle Sam. He is super easy going and I like his style of teaching. He always ask me "Why so difficult?" hahaha.

How is Trent? Actually I don't know him.

JCC course looks so nice. If any members here jio me I will like to give it a try.

Bought a Nike 52deg A wedge from Leftrightupdown last week. Today 1st time bring new weapon to Palm Villa and lost it! I can't believe how careless I was. Any kind souls who played at Palm Villa (Palm and Putra) on 9 Dec morning, if found my wedge will really appreciate contacting me.

I left my number with reception and also informed the Marshal already.

Sounds familiar. The other day I also lost one wedge but not at Palm Villa. Think it's because take the putter and the wedge then bring back the putter and the ball and forget the wedge. Haven't recovered till today. Bought another one cheap cheap Very Happy

No luck with recovering my Nike wedge.

Been playing with a big gap between my P (45deg) and my 58deg.

Find myself without a club to hit between 60m to 100m.

Any recommendations? I used to be able to pitch with my P consistently at 75m but now cannot control liao.

Thinking of getting 52deg or 54deg……..backside itchy lah…..
