What is an incredibly good, and hard to believe Stableford score?

maybe system 36. so far, the handicap I got from system 36 is +/- 2 to my official hcp then strokeplay instead of Stableford which always usually favours golfers with birdies.

make it compulsory to exchange scorecards for recording of scores n no personal arrangement of flight members.

There is no perfect solution

But I rather players who made birdies to win rather than a 10hcp player disguised as a 20hcp player to win

Even for the single hcp players, they don't make birdies just for fun, they still need to execute the shots and make the putts. So if they did it during tournament play and won, so be it. Good shots are rewarded, I can deal with that

System 36 is always for stableford and not stroke play.
If it is stroke play, then everyone will be net par cos the handicap is derived based on the gross score of the day
