Club Shaft Fitting Places in Singapore

Hi guys!

I just wanted to ask, where in Singapore do you guys go to get new shafts for your irons? I'm looking to reshaft an old set of mine but because I haven't done this before I'm pretty much clueless where to begin. I'm also pretty sure Golf House/Golf Direct/Panwest don't sell shafts and offer reshafting services.
