Callaway X2 Hot Equipment

Exciting times in the golf equipment industry right now. TM just announced their JetSpeed line of woods (started in another thread already) and Callaway followed with the new X2 Hot line of drivers, fairway woods, HYBRIDS and irons. The X2 hot will feature standard, pro and deep versions!

Main takeaways are the new Hyper Speed Face Technology and an improved Internal Standing Wave to bring CG lower and more forward. Their biggest advancement is in their X2 hybrids though - much more traditional look (more iron-like) and boxier with the new face technology that is said to improve distance by about 15 yards. Callaway calls the breakthrough in their hybrids this year similar to what they achieved last year in their woods.
