Ponderosa Golfing Rates

Price is pretty steep for weekday golf at RM165 at Ponderosa .... remember it used to be much cheaper!
Isn't it many golf courses in JB offering below RM 100 for weekday golf?

What about Sunday afternoon rates?

Honestly, there are many many other JB courses we can play at a much lower price. i feel that the published rates is way too high and the condition of the buggies are appalling. Personally, thank you but no thanks.

Yes, there is but depending on course condition. Ponderosa is one of the more decent condition out there.

@enwee, Ponderosa golf course is certainly of decent condition but considering other courses with similar condition like TP and Starhill, I think Ponderosa is way overpriced. I would rather pay a bit more to play HH.

HH??? I think HH is more ex?? Anyway HH last time I played there too many GUR just not worth playing such course with GUR everywhere. TP definitely is better alternative considering with the EDL it's much faster than before. As for starhill, someone told me avoid that place during rainy season.

Paiseh, I have not played HH for quite a while liao, so didn't know the condition is not as pristine as before. As for Starhill, I will go play once a while and condition seems alright. I recalled going into the course 30mins after a heavy pour and it was playable without much casual water nor ball plugged. That was Bintan course by the way and I have to agree to TP is the best choice. Cheap and good except the shower facility at B/C Course.

For the Sunday afternoon, the rate is RM 165.00nett for visitor unless if you're the member guest, it is RM 120.00nett.

For the condition of buggies, for your info, there are a number of brand new buggies have arrived. You should sometimes visit us here to see the new buggies!  

We will try our best to upgrade the golf course and improve our services from time to time. Thanks.

Yes, that's one reason I don't play ponderosa often.

Both Ponderosa and Daimam Course are the nearest from the Causeway. Hope Ponderosa can consider BUGGY ON COURSE.

Sembawang and mbgc only S$90 for guest.
Pay extra S$20 play at Sembawang and MBGC - Less travel time, less fuel consumption, less traffic, better course condition, better facilities.
Worth to make the effort to go Malaysia to play???

Well perhaps the course condition now is very much better, services better and they have a much nice locker room with more branded toiletries...

Jgcc bring u to jurong??? Who pay for the game??? I don't mind he/she made the mistake and pay for the price difference.
