Behind the Scenes: Mizuno Grain Flow Forging Factory

Hey everyone, saw this great video by Mizuno Golf, they went to the forging factory in Japan and gave us a behind the scenes look at how their grain flow forged clubs are manufactured, very cool. as if we don't appreciate mizuno iron's enough, this is an awesome video!

totally agree! very cool to see the intense process/labor that goes into creating a forged mizuno iron... definitely have even more appreciation for mizuno now!!

im not sure if im correct but some Mizuno irons preliminary forging are in Japan but finishing are done in Shanghai. Mizuno have a large factory there.

Ohhh... Nice post... Interesting... Wish one day will had a chance to go over there for factory tour... Maybe they can customize my initial next to their logo.. lol. that will be so unique...

Yup! very cool, it's called YORO Japan Crafted and it's pure Mizuno iron customization.. but from the looks of it, it's very $$$$$$

Thanks for sharing this interesting video. The steps looks to be still very manually run. Maybe some of the sword making heritage is there.
