| Well in land expensive Singapore and blood sucking landlord with short term vision, this will never happen. The Singapore landlords will see the parking fee as an income without ever seeing the opportunity in washing or polishing car or f&b as the real income. needless to say, the golfer in singapore will always get the short end of the bargain...... so here's how things can be different elsewhere..... the driving range has different distinctive targets for golfers to practice and challenge each other in the same "flight" a look at the tee-box from the 2nd tier the balls are automatically feed to the golfer, there will be bays with cameras and you can watch your own replay. the golfers are charged per hour instead of per ball. the turf on the ground floor are real turf and they can have pros conducting clinics or even play a game on Trackman Range on the left are the tee-boxes and there will be a seating lounge for each tee-box and golfers can chat, play chor tai tee or simply watch their friends hit ball. needless to say at a press of a button, one can order drinks or food from the 9 theme restaurants or just finger food from the cafe. look at the detailing they put on the range. it will put some golf courses to shame. it's what competition does, it makes us better.... the short game area is to die for....it has several greens and they are meant for different training...here's the chip and run or flop shot area. here's the bunker training area this is one of the 2 giant putting area looking back to the entertainment complex where there are theme-restuarants and even 2 actual F-1 simulators. a giant LED screen will broadcast golf or football. there's even a huge LED screen on the short game arena and one can practice in the night and watch EPL matches live... the structure of the driving range netting is just meant to withstand the harsh weather and they are changing the density of the nets even before the range opens. its how far they go to ensure safety and quality. finally this is the Fitting Shop. it will only have 3 brands at the front..CNX, BFG and Golf Pride. on the left is the main pro shop and on the right is the main reception area. that our brand is at the front of the shop meant a lot to a Singapore brand. hope you will enjoy this photos before the soft opening in 3 weeks time and the delay has been due to the weather as its rainy season. for the Singapore golfers who happens to be in Bangkok from September, please try and come by for a swing. Address is: Phothalai Leisure Park Paditmanuthum Road., Bangkapi Bangkok 10240 (its next to CDC furniture mall) DGman | |

| Jonathan,
next to the range is a huge wellness centre...its huge and very well run. 2 floors on top of the driving range is a famous music academy KPN, and while practising on the grand piano, one can look at balls flying to the target....
i might have to be back in less than a months time but i am not complaining.
