for the record, i am actually quite delighted that he won. it meant that the Championship is open to anyone with the talent and determination to win. it may not be good for TV ratings or sales of golf products but its good for the spirit of competition and the game of golf.....
enjoy...the present Peter Jacobsen is using a very familiar shaft as well......

Jason Dufner has an unique demeanor and an unconventional pre-shot routine.. but it works for him and he is a Major champion!

The Duffner has been around on TOUR for sometime and only started gaining more recognition for his outstanding results last year right around the time of his wedding. I think amongst the players he is well-liked and much parodied for his stone-cold expressionless demeanour...and at times very funny slouched "tired" look in a childcare centre that was all over YouTube a few months ago.
He has worked hard to be consistent this season and I am very happy to see him win a well-deserved major.

Jason Dufner is a Ben Hogan's fan. His swing is the most similar to Ben Hogan, wide takeaway, narrow righthand downswing and wide finishing.

I like his pre shot routine....wrist flexing of the club for 4-5 times....and then align back to the back and "Whack"!
Pretty wierd but a MAJOR champion pre-shot routine.

His playing demeanour is something like Fred Couple ... Very easy going, relax and not much obvious emotion shown over bad shot ...
