Moving back home finally to Golf!

Hello all,

Im Singaporean but have been living in Scotland for 4 years but moving back to SG in September. This is when i picked up Golf and got hooked. In scotland however, things are quite relac, no PC or handicaps required......u just mostly turn up pay and play whenever, so i super confused about the rules in SG, and i think i need tons of advice and Kakis, so hope everyone would help!

I believe the rules are very much the same for golf in general in Scotland or Singapore (please correct me if I'm wrong), just take note of the specific club rules at the back of the scorecard.

Yes Kamen, learning golf in Scotland is great and cheap.

There are golf courses everywhere and im a member of the local council's golf courses which cost SGP 40 dollars per month for two different courses play all you want on weekends so great!... also st andrews is 20 min drive from me which is also fantastic, going to miss all this!

surprisingly NO i havent played in the classic links courses! just some in-betweens one with super long grass 'rough'. You actually reminded me that i should probably do that before i leave! it will probably be a rubbish round.....given my lack of accuracy and all.....
