We all come across our fair share of blade irons -wielding 24 hcp players

I've come to terms and exclusively just play cavity back irons. 

Someone once told me that the scorecard only has a box to write down the score you made for the hole. There is no remarks section to describe if you use a blade or cavity back

Funny how this article reminds me of myself. A while back, I was using some players forged irons, heavy PX5.5 shafts, stiff driver shaft on TP heads, Scotty putter etc...have since kept my ego in check and changed everything to use Regular shafts and a set of beginner irons with much offset. Best decision I ever made for my game.
