| KP is mid-high for the 50g, high for 60 onwards.
torque lowers with the flex stiffness and heavier weight.
the feel comes from the resin system and the stability is a result of the 78T Dialead Prepreg.
on the EI profile (Linear stiffness), the stiffness on the butt is softer than the B but the tip section is stiffer.
hope it helps....DGman

It might feel softer but it does not play softer at all. One of those shaft that you should try it to understand it as there is no comparison to any other shaft in the market. It is that different...

| Was extremely curious about the spin rate of the black beauty.....so at the risk of the beauty kena re-possessed, moi stealthily sneaked into the Den to have a go on the Trackman..... Did not want to run any risk....so just hit a couple of shots to test test....and here are the results. Do pardon me as I am a shorthitter..... With the W SeriesWith the Tour AD BBThough the difference in hard data is not much, but swinging the W series and scoring the almost alike stats as the BB required less effort. Oh AOA for both were -2.0 thereabout. But Yarra is spot-on; with the observation that the spin rate for the W series is low. However, I am not taking this as the be-all results. Purely becoz I was in my ah pek sandals when I was hitting at the Den earlier..... .....and my sense tell me that the W series potential has not been fully delivered yet. More reviews on Trackman to come...after Thurs 'Live' test at SCC.... Stay tuned.... p.s. I still cannot aim when I hit at the Den; always pushing right.....sigh.... | |

| Asahi, those numbers speak for itself. Identical swing speed produce different numbers, albeit the identical launch number.
Fix that AOA and smash factor, buddy. There are a lot of yardage lost in there...

| Thanks yarra, I agree fully....lots of energy and effort wasted/not translated to better contact and longer distance.
Will be working hard to bring the AOA to a positive one.
And this black beauty gonna inspire me to do so....

"Virgin" hits using the 60s saw the ball having a tad of draw to it, carrying the 200 mark at Punggol range last night. It feels great and can imagine how it will be once the shaft runs in.

I can't post pictures... I have two pictures of the Trackman numbers that differentiate the two.

Bro, in my opinion, it is better that you try it up yourself as your swing speed and angle of attack may vary and hence, would produce different ball trajectory. The feel may be also very personal ... My 2 cents' worth ...

| Back from on course testing earlier, virgin tryouts hence tentative when teeing off. Does not help when your golf kakis wanted to play off black tees!
Anyway, the W series combo with extreme fit proved to be a fairway finder. Easy to swing with this combo.....made me wonder why..... Hence headed down to the Den to measure SW.....C9!
All the same, the ball flight is like what was described as above. Nice! Potential is definitely there.
P.S my fave kaki, chippy hit a 290m drive with my driver! That left him thinking.....

Thats why its good to use drivers with adapters...you can have many options...just like how kings use to have wives and concubines.
