| They have 1 in OCC BFG. I'm sure Ivan will let you test it out. | |

| I have a SSRT (the red one with tempo timer). Used it a couple of years back; when I was thinking of training to increase my swingspeed. It's collecting dust at home now..hahaha. I think the readings are slightly optimistic, maybe 5mph faster? | |

| Cool, so nice of you guys sharing it here. And yes Ivan's a nice and friendly guy.. But having this thing when you train in the range, will it be a bit weird? I mean I hvnt seen ppl using it in SG b4.. | |

| ron81, no it's not weird, it's a very small unit, that you place on the ground. Not very "noticeable". I've used it at the range before, never got any funny looks. Actually I think you get more funny looks with the "impact stik" because of the noise it makes. But dun worry what ppl think lah.. hahaha.. If you brought your own trackman to the range.. then it'll be something to talk about! | |

| without any other inputs such as smash factor, launch ange, etc...having the speed radar will only encourage one to hit faster...which may not be a good thing.
last night, the 8 kakis was treated to a driving performance by a tour player. every drive was precisely 110 mph and the smash factor is exactly 1.50.
we were working on the maximum height and angle of attack...it looks like for that player, his optimal launch angle is 1.5 degree and he will achieve the 28 metre height, anything less will result in a higher ball flight and loss of distance.
its interesting because the angle of attack varies for different players in accordance to their swing profile.
