| I bought it at US$120.00 but still struggling with it. I am having problem with the online registration and downloading of new software. Somehow I am able to see the device and it's connected online but whenever i tried to sycn it there is an error "NO Internet Connection". They have a forum under https://getsatisfaction.com/people/ryan_harris_2577913 This guy is able to provide you with online technical support and downloading of missing courses but I am not sure how this forum work. Whenever I tried to access this forum but they prompt you to sign us to create your own forum?? I must be missing some steps and seeking help. | |

| Have you linked up with the satellites from your current location? GPS devices are usually blind and takes sometime to get its location. Some may even need you to direct it to the correct country before it begins searching for satellites. Try using your gps outside and see if it locates your current position. Once it locates your current position, it should make things easier. As to online sync, maybe it needs to be registered first. Cheers | |

| Their tech support guy Ryan is pretty good, I saw his forum yesterday and he was able to assist most of the users. I did got a reply from him n he ask me to provide him a list of missing courses and he can push it to me but I am having problem accessing his forum today. I tried using diff pc at home but they seem to be able to detect my IP add n block me. I am going to a friend place to try tmr. At the moment the devices still sync with Callaway server. Will cont to try

| Don't get it now, I just did some research, Callaway was having problem with UPRO MX and they recall all the set last year. Technically they claimed they have resolve their web access problem with UPRO MX+ but I think the problem are still there. Basically if you are in California then it's not a problem. Their Tech Support are there to assist all the end-user but we could only do it via the internet. Right now I could only wait for them to sort out their Server access problem but in the worst case I will have to ask for refund or new set when I go over in Nov on my Golf trip. I also wrote to them to ask if I could bring the set to their KL or Nanjing office for direct connection. It's a chicken and egg problem; should I go through such a hassle for a US$120 device or write it off and move on. You can try calling their Aust office to check if they could update the device 011 61 3 9212 9400.

| Actually the set is working but only with pre-loaded American and Europe Courses. I just wanted to connect to their Server to download Asia courses. Presently the set is useless without Asia courses. Just like a Car GPS loaded with the wrong country... | |
