That's amata spring.

Thanks. Anyone play the course before ? I heard only members or guests can play the course.
Some agents can arrange but it's gonna be very very ex...unless u are member of SICC.

Anyone got lobang for bangkok golf agent, had decided to go for 2 games in the Dec trip, as wifes are coming along... need to spend 1 day with them at least.

Likely to go with 2 of the 3 recommended by Golfasian
- Riverdale Golf Club (hilly championship layout is one of Bangkok's best) including cart and caddie
Suwan Golf & Country Club (well-conditioned course; site of 2010 Asian Tour International & 2011 Thailand Open) including caddie
- Lakewood Country Club (36 hole facility with 4 sets of tees & emphasis on shot making) including cart and caddie;

Thanks in advance!!! Smile

Try Amata Springs (not cheap but easiest the nicest course in bkk after Ayodhya) and the Royal Gems Golf City (replica of Back nine of Augusta).

Try Rose Garden (near Riverdale)
Very good course.
And very challenging greens.
Hard to find pars there.

Maueng Kaew or Green Valley would definitely be better options than Lakewood ~ they're all within the Bang Na vicinity.

I don't think Rose Garden is near Riverdale. But Rose Garden is indeed very nice after the recent renovation, greens are super tricky. New clubhouse is still under renovation, the make shift lockers resemble our SAF bunk lockers. Caddies are as senior as my mum.

My bad.  Rose Garden is an hr's away from Riverdale!  Shocked
Anyway it's worth a try.
It's one of the most memorable courses for me in Bkk

Hi guys. I just came back from a game at muang kaew. Nice place and very well maintained. relatively easy course with wide fairways.

For weekday price of 65 sgd it is really a very good deal!

Hi all,

Just came back from golfing holiday from BBK with my buddy, we were blessed with great weather (cloudy and windy), went to thaniya plaza as well for some golf shopping... below are my reviews:

Suwan Golf and Country Club
- great condition and facilities, the course is difficult as you are always trying to avoid the sand and water from teebox till green... loss quite a lots of balls here. The fairway are narrow and we easily cross on to another fairway. but the fairway is relative flat and while the rough are well maintain, so you can still recover from there... very enjoyable course, only issue is you need to travel 1.5 hours from BBK... a lot of locals play here but not crowded as we played on Thursday...

Lakewood Country Club
- relative old club and course, but still a great course for beginner like us, Lake course was beautiful while Rock course do not have much view... the challenge is the sand and all the woods surrounding the course. Fairway was relatively flat and wide, we play better here compared to Suwan. in fact, the wood save us quite a number of balls... a lots of Japanese, Koreans and Angmo played here, and there was a competition on-going, so the course is quite packed as we played on Friday... feels like playing in Singapore...

I booked Golfasian a few times for BKK and Huahin Golf.
Pretty good arrangement and ontime.

My last round with them in early Dec this year.
1) Suwan Golf and Country Club in BKK
2) Black Mountain in Huahin
3) Banyan in Huahin

Have fun !
Best Regards

Yes....ask for a quote with your own preference of golf course and hotel or you ask them to recommend.

Have fun!

Just competed my BKK game today; Black Mountain Hua Hin and Royal Golf club... Both are impressive but most value for money one is Black Mountain.. And those long hitters will love this course Smile

But delicated transport is needed here..

Just came back from golf trip in BKK.

Summit Golf course was brilliant with well maintained greens and wonderful scenery as well as experienced caddies.

Krung Kavee course was well maintained with ok scenary but horrible and inexperienced caddies.
