| Hi Mr. Chien, Thank you, she's 12 yrs old, had join playing with senior golfer at MBGC, can find out from the registration lady. Her name is Jing Wen. She'll learn a lot from your group and improve better. Her goal is to play low 80, and play white most of the time. | |

| Wow, yr gal is very good, Ngn52. I saw her name on HSBC under age listing for this March league. June there is 1 more so she can try again probably she reach the cut off age then. My son just got rejected by the secondary golf tournament cos for the boys the HC is very low and I kind of feel how to compete with those from sport school who having hc 1-3!! | |

| Is it? SGA rejected her name for the 1st leg HSBC due to her birth month. Yes, June she can go for the tournament. Yes, for boy tournament is very competetive! But I do see so kid play over 90 with a low handicap?? Should get your son to train harder!! those boy go driving range almost everyday, play course 3 times a week | |

| Yes, my son started going green more often since last dec. Now he tries to go green every Sunday and goes range whenever can. He is working on his hc but can be tiring too as there are homework to be complete. Weekdays unlikely to go green cos sch finishes ard 2-4pm, unless goes mgbc. However like you experience they do not do pairing. Is yr gal p6? Yr gal trying for dsa golfing? | |

Sport school is inviting p6-s2 to join their golf academy. For dsa ( direct school admission, the sec sch will offer you a place before yr PSLE result out and once you take up the offer you cant appeal to change), you need to check the schools that offering golf, i know is mgs,rgs and maybe scgs. You can google these school websites they will be putting up their dsa applications around april. Usually they look at top 5 in national tournaments or the school may ask for trial selection and interview.

| To Tiramisu, Oh, understood, my girl currently with a school at Yishun which involve lot of golf activity. I won't let her go SSS, RGS and MGS is good but too far from my place, will let her decide a school nearby, so that I can bring her to course before 2pm tee-off | |

| Hi Mr. Ng,
We met the other day at OCC range when you were with Jing Wen's younger sister.
Anyway, seems like you are looking to give Jing Wen more frequent games.
My off days are Thursday afternoon and Friday full day. So, anytime on these 2 mentioned days, if Jing Wen is looking for a game, please do let me know and I will be more than happy to be on the same flight.
I don't play at MBGC anymore ever since I left them because as a foreigner, I have to pay the MGK rates which is also on the high side for me to play at MBGC.
So i usually play at OCC and Seletar nowadays.
Please do let me know and perhaps if it is okay, it will be at OCC on the 2 mentioned days.
I am not sure why I could not get my PM through to you for some reasons.

There are many academies you can consider. If really into proper golf learning, frankly kinder golf not suitable. Currently my son under intensitive training with a Pro at Tp range, he is taking golf as external school CCA.

School days no way for my son to tee off at 2pm as school finishes late. Infact he already left school early twices so far to go golfing events. Yes, i feel as long as yr gal like the school she enjoy her learning there.

| Hi Guys;
I have a active daughter, will be 5yrs in June. So far, i've got her to swimming class, roller-blading, cycling etc.
Of late she's been pestering me to learn golf after she saw the 'hello kitty' kids golf set and shoes on the Isetan sales brochure. A father cannot say no to such request right? so i made a deal with her, she has to complete 10 lessons first.
I already got her a kids 7 iron and took her to the range a few times. She can basically swing and contact to ball but can't really get it up flying yet. Most of the time she just manages to top and roll the ball 20m.
I'm thinking of sending her for proper lessons, but i hesitate to send to kindergolf. Most golf classes start at age 5-6. So, i'm not sure what to do in the meantime. Any advise from you guys? or any Pros willing to take on a student. I stay in bedok so will have to be somewhere in the east or central.

Hi Peter, Bedok is near Laguna Country Club and there's a few pros here at GR teaching over there like Allen Kelly and Justin Han.
