| Hey Guys ! Beginning of a new season, i feel like changing golf bags. The bag i use was a free gift with my beginner set. in Singapore, no much Sun mountain bags here unfortunately, so planning to buy my new gift online ! (or somehow else if you have advices ) Im hesitating between three bags: Nike Vapor X SM 3.5 SM KG:2 I am looking for a lightweight bag as i walk 85% of the time, a bag functional and comfortable. Too much too ask maybe... If the bag can stay steady on a cart, that's a plus. I could find in stores only the 2013 nike vapor X and the 2013 SM 3.5. The nike is very slick, the material is over nice. It got a insulated pocket for beverage that can be useful, and a small pocket waterproof for the valuables. loaded with 5 ladies club (could only find that at one end of the store..) it was very comfortable. The straps were very nice and the light ! BUT i did not like the legs mechanism, they do not spread well and the fact that there is only 2 full length divider for a 5-way bag 5though the putter well is a nice idea...) The 3.5 looks less slick, the material looks just ok, it does not mean it does not appear like strong material though. the handle on therim on the bag was quite a plus as well as the leg mechanism. spreading super well, very good stability, nice little triangle plastic 'cups' at the end of the legs. What i like also its the full length divider for each 'hole'. The straps were comfortable, i might say a wee less comfortable maybe than nike. I feel like the weight about the same, no great difference. Unfortunately i could not find the KG:2 and that's why i need your help guys. I read a lot of great things on the bag, but no comparison with the 3.5. I dont consider the 3.5 DLX because i dont see the difference withe the 3.5. To be thorough, at beginning, i was planning on a ping 4 series, but i did not want too much tangling of clubs so i drop that choice. Thought also of the ping hoofer but from what i understood ping's leg mechanism is so so. I an reconsider putting it back in the pool of choice if not too heavy. Can you help me guys ? can you share some experiences? or if you can do any comparisons that would be great. For example, i dont know what the weight difference between the SM 3.5 and the KG:2 is, and more globally what the differences between these two bags. And the sun mountain website does not help ... What do you think of the Vapor x bag? Thanks Guys ! I wish Singapore carries more bags... all the stores kind of sell the same ! | |

| Ogio would be my vote! Durable and general! No need to worry about changing brands through out your golfing career! | |

| Thanks guys for your answers !
I do not like v much the deisgn OGIO, and i felt like they are quite heavy ! I checked online and what comes often is that their bags dont last very much and leg mechanics is not that good.
Jason, i know it should be easy, but as money does not flow always, i am looking for the value for money bag =p | |

| Currently using the Sun Mountain SLX. Fantastic bag with very good straps and nice retro details. Another friend using the H2NO waterproof stand bag, and he is very happy with it as well. Price is on the high side but certainly good quality. Don't see many in SG but plenty of selection in HK! | |

| Check the shipping fee before you order online. Golf bags are large items and shipping fee may be expensive. Some of the golf retail websites have shipping fee estimates for this region. | |
