what do you wear during cnhiese new year?

When the entire gang (wife and kids) all wear traditional cny clothes (cheongsam and the like), what do you wear?
Always a challenge because our local market hardly caters for men's traditonal cny outfits.
Any thoughts?

i dress up like wong fei hong... they sell the outfits in chinatown... $40 only

I typically try to wear golf-type gear but I get scolded and reminded not to play golf during family-type gatherings.

i have no other clothes but Army uniform and golf attire

to be frank, i have never seen a family in public fully dressed in traditional clothing. If got red shirt, red Bermudas, red shoes (with red underwear and red socks) and play red ball can?
