Titanium necklace/bracelet wth magnet works?

After every practise, body here ache ther pain

Shld be due to lousy swing n old age

So frend recmd to wear these titanium product which promote self healing of body (dam sceptical about it)

N its not cheap

Any bro out ther tried? Does it really works?

Or its just all in the mind thing

I havs the range of phiten products n have been wearing them since 2008. Conclusion: no physical diff but i still wear

I discovered phiten only 6 months ago and since then I am ho ing all their stuff.

What happened was I sprained my back during a game at changi. I was trying to cheong last hole navy and ball was slightly below feet. One turn and felt something stretched beyond tolerance level on lower back. Thought I was going to kiss my golf good bye for 3 months.

So I went to sensei n koyoh applied. Not much improvement. Then I happened to come across the phiten shop in taka. They totally sold me on the demo with 2 1.5 litres water bottles. (Lift the 2 bottles with fingers with phiten bracelet no pain in finger joints, try again without bracelet and u will feel the pain)

I applied the x30 tape and would you believe I was able to play golf the next week?

I introduced my best buddy n he too felt relieve from his neck aches.he is a doctor n is completely baffled why this works.

I had the phittwn bracele, tried it at the outlet n it feels great. 3 months later, i dont feel any difference anymore.

these titanium bracelet or necklace are good for blood supply they said. i dont know if it is only marketing gimmick, but some people gave their testimonies that it really work. some said after riding motorbike for too long, they felt a little cramp on their hand, after wearing these titanium stuff, cramp is gone.

well i think its best to do some warm up or stretching before games.

I have tried peer reviewed literature search and all i could find is this abstract from a paper written in 2001.

So as a rather skeptical chemistry teacher, I would say these things are a con. But you may be experiencing a placebo effect, so if it makes you feel good, buy it.

2. definitely NOT "age" and have to be lousy swing
3. HEALING takes time, god rest and good stretching would help.
The magnetic field and frequency would not help you snap back the joints or muscle .
HOW?
4. U need magnet? marker, .. oh even moon cake boxes also have,
else go to hardware store, sure have.
Titanium .. buy a old ti driver for 20 cut up the face,
sure more ti powder than the few hundred $ product.

how does a club fitter help prevent injury by "balancing" the clubs?
What is club balancing?

I agree there are some shafts that might have more "shock absorbing" properties, but other than that, how does club fitting help with regards to injury prevention? Maybe lighter clubs for the golfer who does not have sufficient physical strength?

But more than that, I think being in good physical condition, and proper swing mechanics help more than anything else.

Actually you sure it's back pain? not just muscle ache? because if just muscle aches, it's normal because you are using part of your muscles u never used before. See a doctor if the pain don't subside within 1-2 days.

Someone said before, you don't play golf to get fit, u must be fit to play golf.

Anyway, stuff like phiten are mainly for stress and fatique.

It takes two seconds to swing a club, a lifetime of preparation to setup to it.

Sometimes need to sell equipment to join a gym too.

yes, completely agree with this. actually it is not just for golf, it applies to other sports you play as well. need targeted training to improve.

i'm a bit cynical about products like phiten, don't quite buy into their talk about aquametals or what not. it's just a placebo to me. that said, i also have friends who swear by it. so i suppose if you don't mind spending some money to try it out, just go ahead. who knows, maybe it will work for you?

now , I see that U need glasses "Ssquirrel" . Get a balanced set of club and engage a REAL swing pro . That is what I stated .

How would you determine lighter shaft? What physical condition we are talking about? ????
Professional also got their club fitted, they also go to their trainers for physical conditioning and also have a swing coach.
You might be the few lucky person that dont need fitting.
