Weight of 3 wood to macth driver and hybrid??

I am wondering if my driver and hybrid... my 3 longest clubs are driver, 3 wood and 3 hybrid.

I think my driver shaft is 70g, 3 wood 59g, 3 hybrid 80g. these weight are as stated on the shaft...

btw, my driver is Titleist 975D, 3 wood Nike sumo (yellow round head), 3 hybrid is TM rescue dual, shaft changed to the xcaliber hybrid shaft

Is it a good idea to change my 3 wood shaft to a heavier shaft?

Rule of thumb - 3 woods shaft is slightly heavier than driver..or at least try to keep within 5g if possible given the same flex..

which means I should starting looking for a heavier 3 wood then...
