A Wonderful Year.

2012 has been a super eventful year for me. And this is the year where I actually began with lowered expectations of golf.

Lesser golf.
Lesser fist pumps.
Thinner Wallet.

Well, I did accomplish when I envisioned.



From mid-year, I did make slight changes and started planning my way back into the game. I got a little more serious in my game and even went to the extend of using a broomstick putter. But alas, everything again is pushed to the side due to work commitments.

Still sticking to some of my plan, I intended to get my fitness up again by going for regular runs. From there I deviated and started joining some running events. I did a 10km run with my sister (Nike WeRunSG) and alone, I did a 16.8 and a half-marathon this year. I caught the running bug a little and I intend to do at least 2 full marathons next year.

Work-wise, it has also been super crazy and I am expanding to new markets. It is all not super-smooth but I hope to get somewhere there next year or not I will plan again for something radical in 2014.

This year has also been a year of enlightenment for me. Friends kick me out of their whatsapp group to feel respected. I realised what people finally meant by "the kids are growing up too fast". I also start to enjoy golf again.

2012 is almost up. I have planned and set my targets for 2013.
