| I saw allot using these words " Strong 18 HCP ". May I know who started it and what does it mean ? I played with bro Maslie ( GR member too) yesterday in Ciputra golf course. He asked me the same question. I do not know but it seems that he is a strong 18 and I am weak 18 HCP after the round. So, have weak, middle and strong 18 HCP ? What does it mean ? | |
