Interesting to observe the difference in the reaction and culture. Singapore must win and Malaysia Boleh (as in anything can happen.)

Since the first round is proposed to be on Malaysian soil, I volunteer to take you guys out to eat after the game. At least something I'm good at.

Yes, there is a serious crowd of dedicated and talented players at Royal Johor, judging from the few that I know.

Likewise, there is a very focused crowd in the recently-closed Sunway range, to name one, but they don't really hang out at the forum. A serious lot too, all black tees only, full fringes, sandy par, escalation, etc. Too intense for my wallet.

In comparison, the forum is a diverse lot, broad range of handicaps, happy go lucky, nice fellows.

We were just lucky. Moreover, the home course advantage was quite evident as the walking can be quite horrendous for those that were not used to walking 18 holes

If I am not mistaken, this post was started by our moderator, Sunny.....and he is giving some thoughts as to how to go about doing this.

Hi Chien

Many thanks for volunteering. Work is underway, trying to make this happen, behind the scenes. As things are still in its infant stage, we do not know what help we need at this moment. Nonetheless, we will contact you guys should we need some help or logistical support.
