| A lot of videos from youtube explaining the one plane swing and 2 plane swing. I am really confused now, Shall I practice one plane swing or 2 plane swing? 2 Plane swing for long iron and driver? 1 plane swing for short irons? Appreciate for your help!!

| i assume when u say one plane, u are referring to Jim Hardy's and not Moe Norman's one plane. Jim Hardy gives a very good explanation of 1 plane vs 2 plane
anyway, it really depends on which one suits u better. u should try both out and see which comes more naturally or feels more comfortable. it takes time to find out and no one can give you an answer. that said, the one plane swing is supposed to be simpler.
in any case, u should stick to one type of swing, and should not have a different swing plane for different clubs.

| Why confused? Whatever swing gives you most consistent, good impact. I wouldnt worry about labels and swing terms. But if you really serious to learn jim hardy's methods..suggest u Buy his books and instructional dvds. I'd find jim hardy's certified teacher around here, if any. | |

Considering you often fly aeroplane, I think it's a multi-plane swing.

Considering you often fly aeroplane, I think it's a multi-plane swing. ds has a not only a multi-plane swing, its also a half swing.... and considering his taking off ratios, i'd say that he also has many many more planes in reserve

| i think it's not a good idea to have a two plane swing for driver and one plane for shorter irons. Best is to use a similar swing for all clubs in the bag. | |

| What DS need to fix is not his multiplane half swing, its his propensity to offer flights to the public before getting a go ahead from traffic controller | |
