| Driver head flew off. Informed office immediately. Naturally, you'll expect ball picker to return it to the office? Ball picker took long time to return. Finally, found him. Guess what he told my friend? Left it at bay # ... WT...... by the time friend and office personnel went to that bay... the driver head no where to be found. Whose fault is it now? Can claim against OCC? | |

| Feel for ur fren. But i doubt u can do much, except maybe claiming from insurance. Ranges likely to have clauses saying they will not be held responsible for any loss | |

| Wah bianggg..... It wasn't as if my friend did not report to them that the driver head flew off and to get the ball picker to get it and return to him??
So next time if suay suay happen again, should we hold an umbrella and try to get the object by ourselves? not logical right?

| ranges have cameras at the range. Perhaps u might wanna check if there are footage of the helper bringing the head to the range area, or someone taking it.

Done that. Apparently, the CCTV at those bays isn't working as fine as it should. L L lorrr | |
