anyone knows a good mandarin tutor

sorry to ask this on a golf forum, its for a friend's daughter who lives in bedok....2 to 3 times a week intensive for 6 months....

child is 7...speaks basic mandarin but pronunciation 发音 needs major revamp.

i am in exact situation, my wife managed to find a NUS student, but I don't know whether to recomend or not as I can't tell whether she's good?

If by 140, you mean 140cm, you're on the right track.

If you mean 140m,

you're still talking about someone else.
