Ping i15 driver

I saw the Ping i15 driver for the first time at Simply golf Yesterday. Very nice and solid looking design compared to the G15. Any golf bro out there had tried this driver?

yes.

player's driver. more for low handicap. it is naturally fade-biased and it is not easy to launch compared to the G15.

thanks, does it means the i15 has a harder club face and for average players, it will decrease distance?

If the club face is open, you have more tendency to play a cut shot which is shorter than a draw or straight shot.

i am not so technical and not so sure of the specs. think it is all in the ping website.

but the above is what i felt after i have demoed them.

have tried both.....G15 is more for the average Joe golfer, i15 is for those who can command the type of shot they want.

yeah the i15 has a open face at address. haven't tried them out myself though.. i'm itching to!

You can try them at the driving range at Toa Payoh. They don't have the full range of specs / combination of degree / shaft flex though.
