Interested to find out if you are able to survive and excel in a very stressful real-time prod environment?

my friend is looking for a developer, area of data ops for a hedgie. I heard singaporeans lack the ability to excel in this specific stressful environment, i don't believe it, so am trying to gather some potential candidates for him.
