Mine is a big Bertha Callaway set bougth from Isetan scotts. Very old indeed. Although don't mind using it as it has served me well and was given to me by my wife.

Am considering getting a new set as well if finding the 7 iron and wedge is difficult and just as costly.

You can contact the local agent (Panwest) as others have mentioned and try to place a special order for your lost single iron. Most times, the easy way is to tell you they don't sell a single iron but the whole set. Ask specifically about placing a special order, it will be expensive though. Further, considering that your Big Bertha was from 2004, the chances of them having any such stock is next to nil. But hey, if you don't try, you don't know, right? You might get lucky.

Your other alternative is to Google your iron model. There are many loose clubs sold on ebay. Again, you might get lucky.

But the best advice given so far is that it's time to upgrade. Places like Golf Direct have fantastic prices for clubs one to two generations old. It's way less hassle for you, and you get clubs that have anywhere up to 8 additional years of technology built in.
