| Navy first hole. Drive slice to be borrow next fairway under tree and low tree 20 meters front. 100 meters to pin. Punch a slicing 3 hybrid to land 20 feet from pin. Bounce 3 times on fairway and rolled on green kind. Pretend to be like bubba for 3 seconds. | |

| Kranji hole 13, hit a stinger drive under the wind to just a few feett from right greenside bunker. Hit a soft half wedge to 1 foot and made the birdie. Best part was making all these while buddies playing hole 12 was watching and putting pressure on me on the tee box of hole 12 and making birdie on this same hole on each past 2 games at kranji. | |

| Oh man this is why we're hooked, for the memorable one off shots no matter our 18h score. i just had fluke eagle at imperial golf club Hole par 5. 80m steep uphill blind shot with a fourteen v5 52 wedge. But it wasn't memorable coz I didn't see it land, just found the ball in the hole. Not shiok I remember two shots... Laguna Masters par 4. 390-400m dog left hole. I had 170m odd to the green, bunker protects the front right, the ball was above my feet (side hill lie).. I remember sham's ball was miles in front of me after another monster drive, I thot I better try to not be aggressive and told myself don't kill it, if I swing hard, I'll screw it up. Pulled my trusty tm 2009 3h, swung the easiest I could and it was flush. Ball flight was penetrating, curve away fr th bunker, couple of hops and on the green. Watching it fly and land was so satisfying, esp after successfully perform my swing thought to not kill it. The other was at Sukajadi in Batam. Hole 14 i think, par 4, with steep undulating green. I duffed my second shot to right rough and the green was above me. My opponent, bro willkang, was already on the green and probably already licking his chops. He was one up with two to go. I pitched the ball & it landed just on right apron. Probably with 6-7m severe downhill right to left break. I bio and bio and bio the line, just touched it to go slow and in the hole! Now, you see I am severely putting-disabled, and so to execute that putt so deliberately was a lifetime achievement. I squared the hole and won the next one in the dark with the Marshall right behind us so it was memorable. Sorry for the wordiness | |

| Memorable shots to date:
Melville Glades Golf Club, Hole 12, Par 4, 448m, Index 1 (2009) Hooked tee shot badly to left side trees, 220m to centre green. My mind was just telling me to aim far right, keep it low and hook it back to somewhere just before the green. Did all that and with a little bit of luck, the ball rolled nicely onto the green. No birdie but the 2-putt par was just a great escape from hell.
Orchid Country Club, Vanda 9, Par 5 (2012) Hooked tee shot badly to left side rough and trees. No choice but to do a low hook 5 iron just to lay up to about 80m out. Hit the best felt 54deg wedge and slam dunk for eagle !!

| dendro hole 3
hit a really decent drive and had 265m left to pin, hit a 3 wood to the fringe and chipped in for eagle...
granted there was a really strong tail wind that day...
but i'm still really happy
horizon hills hole 8
took out a 7i but my bro told me to use an 8i instead...
hit it to an inch... my closest hole in one so far...
horizon hills hole 16
i know its not really far but i hit 1 one from the black tee and it rolled to 2 feet for an eagle
horizon hills hole 17
hit a AW to 6 feet and sank the birdie
horizon hills hole 18
driver to island, 4i to green, 4 feet from the hole for eagle
i know its not fantastic but the last 4 shots were in the same game... so it was my most memorable game thus far...

I've never figured out how to play this hole yet.. If I may offer my 2 cents worth Drive aim left of bunker. 3 wood or hybrid aim left or centre of furthest bunker. Avoid right. Cos plenty of fw bunkers Should left 130-140m Short iron approach to carry green side bunkers. Rather over than under 2 putt for par

2 putt for par That's always how i imagine playing the hole, but somehow, once the drive is done, my brain scrambles and i see all the fairway bunkers and immediately grab my 3 wood and wanna clear all of them. Then always top or duff and then the ball gets eaten up by one of the 1700 fairway bunkers on that hole, and then i'm in scramble mode.. if i duff the fw bunker shot again, i'm doomed for a double or worse.. u can ask Aloy or whoeever i play with there.. always this hole will slap me upside down...

| Many many years ago, there was a par 5 at Palm Resort (can't remember which course and which hole but left and right got water). Hit a damn good dirve into the middle of fairway and chiong the green with a 5w. Landed on the left side fringe and pin was far right. My playing kaki also two on but I had the honour. Chipped and went in for eagle. My kaki 2-putted for birdie and big bird ate small bird. Priceless.
Raffles CC Lake Course 150m par 3. Hit a 6i, landed onto green with one hop and then rolled into the hole. Priceless.
These are the shots that kept me from quitting but it has been many many years and I still have not been able to make history repeats.
