Interesting to see TW and Charles Swartzel still keep Nike SQ woods in their bags. So as Ben Crane and Y.E.Yang keep TM V-Steel. Anyone here using these models can share some experience. Thx

Our good Golfers still maintain their old TM V Steel 3 Fw in their bag.

They loved it and it is very forgiving

Damn! I have been keeping V-Steel 5W and Maruman Exim Nano 3W for so long but never hit them; should give a try.
Tried Shuttle 2W, very forgiving.
Have been using 909F, like it a lot.
Thx

Hit V-Steel 5W at the range earlier, it is easy n long. Only the sound at impact a bit colicky to me.

909F2 generates that cracking compact sound at impact is irresistible; it feels better than 910 to me.

i thought older model fairways have thicker face? thus it makes it harder to hit. never tried v-steel though, but r7 cgb max is one good wood

I'm using a Callaway big Bertha 5 wd like the impact sound. I think most of the pro still had some of their old clubs in the bag. Like tiger, he used to play his very old titleist 3 wd. Vijay occasionally play with his Callaway heaven wood.

I had a Tm V steel Jap version 3 wood. The only thing I regret selling it. So easy to hit off the deck and very long off the tee. Compact at address too. A real beauty!!!

Am using an old Adams BTY, which head i recently got for $20....

Shafted it with a YSQ, and do not see it going anywhere. Its a really hot head, that works off the deck and off the tee.

Hardly ever need to use it due to lack of ability, but its one club I really want to master.
