New to GR, returning to golf...

New to GR, not new to golf. Glad to have landed on this site after some Google searches.

I'm returning to the sport after a 30 year hiatus, and finding my biggest obstacle is my body. A decade of unhealthy living is forcing me to slow down my pace of training and relearning, but the end result should be positive (for my health at least if not my handicap).

Taking lessons at LNGCC, and my goal is to get decent again and play enough there and probably at CGC in order to have a handicap by December so I can play anywhere I want. I've been living here over a decade and now I'm like a kid in a candy store when I see what I've missed!

hi, just re-connected with the sport myself recently and am definitely seeing signs of aging myself! Weekly TCM massage is my solution..... have fun!
