That's right bro. I like the SL feel, its way better than my Razr fit stock shaft. My ball flight is now a bit on the high side at the course and just nice at the range. Hopefully tour version will bring it down. Regards,

| just curious, i compared the Tour SL Regular vs xcon matrix stiff on my RBZ and i found the following:
1) Ball flight is higher 2) Distance seems to have suffered abit 3) i'm still giving it my all when i swing
I'm alittle confused as to what i should do. Swing slower? get a Tour SL Stiff? LOL

I'm alittle confused as to what i should do. Swing slower? get a Tour SL Stiff? LOL Bro. A more whippy shaft will def give u a higher ball flight. the ball balloons up I'm e air therefore u will get less carry distance and less roll. So overall distance will suffer. I tried both SL stiff and reg. I get the occasionally balloon shot too, but I'm sure that's me,not the shaft. My take on this shaft is not for hard hitters. try adjusting Ur tempo and swing w a nice smooth tempo. U will be amazed by the distance the shaft gives u.

will have to get used to it =) Ya bro.. for the price, it's really pretty darn gd!!! Sad thing is, I dun normally swing easy on the course. So I need a shaft that I can tekan. I think it might work well on my 3w so I might try that. And use back my Diamana whiteboard. I feel it's easier to work the ball w it. Maybe it's just me, but I feel the shaft may be a lil thin. Does feel a lil brittle to be honest. That said, i feel that guys who have a smoother swing tempo will really like and benefit this shaft. Feels really good on good shots. And for the price... really dun need to think so much. Dun like.. sell lor. Cfm got ppl take. Keke.

| i think the cost of entry has always made it difficult for golfers to try out aftermarket shafts...so along comes the Xcaliber and in the concept of mass order via a single (not profit) organiser, the price is greatly lowered and made affordable for everyone.
Its good to see a lot of new golfers who has never tried aftermarket shaft ventured into some form of fitting and trying out a shaft thats way better than some of the OEM shafts out there.
have fun trying and for the guys who are used to more expensive shafts, they can also understand and appreciate that the build quality, torsion control, feel and response in the more expensive aftermarket brands.
again its difficult to organise orders, collect money and make sure that they are tag properly when it arrives.....kudos to micheal and cristel for their patience.

| Eric is correct. I was thinking the xcaliber shaft is less than 50 dollars and no harm trying aftermarket shaft for once and see the difference. After 2 days, decided to go back to the den for another brand of driver shaft. The good thing about the den or club fitting is you can try different shafts to see which one is more suitable for you. Mike and cristel really did a wonderful job. From taking orders, fund collection, making orders, change orders, delivery of shafts and labeling. All for free and we are the one benefited from it. It is such a shame I dont even seen them before. Thank you very much. | |

| Thanks guys.... Greatly appreciate your appreciation In the process of the MO, I also learn alot and I can tell you, collecting such a huge amount of money (US3K++) is not a joke. Although I ended up forking abit out of the pocket due to the miscalculation of the exchange rate, nonetheless, I am happy to see you guys enjoying your shafts out there. I am also now one of the xcaliber dealer in SG... (So weird) Personally, I have tried the SL Reg and find the trajectory abit on the low side. But it did saw me through another 10m worth of distance. Anyway, for those who missed the first MO, now is a chance for you to add on. If you need something out of the xcaliber range, just let me know what accessories you need, just add it in. | |

If you are referring to a stock jap R flex shaft, then it's a yes. These shafts are def stiffer. By how much I'm not sure. You got to measure the cpm. But dispersion is likely to be better on the xcaliber
