My neighbour was rearing Koi fish than decided to remove the pond and convert into
putting green, spend some money and also join SICC, $100k that time, another nieghbour also bought SICC membership,. this boy learn putting almost everyday and became very good at Golf play 9 holes every evening. His name was Eugene. Now he serve NS and has not heard of him in golf any more.

The other neighbour had daughter they all started together, this girlher name Stephenie Loi she too became very good at Golf amongst the top lady golfer and she a wrote for Golf magazine. She now must 21 years ... and I must be getting old already!!!

Yes, there is a 9 holes course inside and in the evening LKY will play golf in those old days. I know as I am one of the Istana guard there before Very Happy

One of the Istana guard during my National Service time. I still remember we need call out to Mr. LKY once he is at view to wish him "good evening, Sir" until he acknowledge. It does not matter whether it is 100 or 200 meters away... ( He must have hate us, when he is dong the putting )

If we did not, it will be count marshal Smile

i need to dig up pelz's book again and re-read it and start practicing the stuff he writes about in the book..i remember my short game was at all time peak when I was practicing his stuff
