Grinding sole of clubs to Remove Kink Empty

Any bro have experienced that hitting off rough or sandy part of the course and created a kink in the sole of club due to stony base of the ground?

Are we able to do a light grinding to smoothen the sole and remove the kink? will it affect bounce or lie?

Where can it be done?
