Nice Thai food in Bangkok

Yeah there is one near our hotel, crowded most nights.
It's like our long beach/ jumbo , several locations.

We went the typical roadside places, low cost but good food.
There were several places on the huay kwang / ratchada intersection.
Aroi mak mak!

Je Nghor is quite ok. Sharks fin, I like to go this seafood restaurant called ho kitchen. Bird nest, must be cautious, a lot of fake.

another one...go tawandang for beer with food. so much cheaper there than here...

+1 for tawandang! Went there after golf during my previous trip. Weekends very crowded, better be early! They have great performance too

T&K is great. Love it And there's an old aunty who sells birds nest soup just right by the corner. A classic Thai experience for me.

Somboon is great but make sure you don't get conned and taken to the "fake" restaurants.

Not to my liking in terms of food and price

if don't mind roadside food stall, can try the salted baked fish and roasted chicken from a roadside stall between Central and Platinum mall. taste really good!

Just came back from bbk 2 days ago... Sam boon and the road side zhichar outside central world are really great. T&K is decent but not fantastic.

My favorite is the Salted BBQ fish. Usually I don't really eat fish.
But I can finished the whole fish there.

Sorntong is pretty awesome, been there a few times. It scan be quite crowded. The spider webs aka duck feets with noodles are not bad bad.

Goose webs noodles, that's the best in Bangkok.

Agreed with KK that Sorntong can be quite crowded at time.

Also the boss daughter is quite pretty too .....
