Please join me to congratulate bro Mulligan who have passed the Singapore PGA pro test on his 2nd/3rd attempt.

His score of 78 and 77 was in excess of the score need to pass the Senior Pro Test...

sunny - no,not switching job , perhaps as retirement job ? teaching golf.

Pushslice - SNR pro only lah, cannot qualify for Handa or Barclays or Champions tour,
apart from events organised/scantioned by SPGA locally.
have not check, reckon senior tours in malaysia and thailand -
for teaching, i am to attend a coaching clinc organised by SPGA for all
those that have pass the Pro test.
in certain countries, reckon with advance notice,PROs do get to use the
club's course for free(ie no green fee,perhaps pay for buggy fees) off
course with limitations (ie not every day free lor)


lots of hard work,practise makes perfect.

OT: I saw Gabriel hit balls the other day. He looks young, but age has no correlation to ball striking abilities as he whacks them straight and long.

applicants to have a valid/current handicap of 8

pin positions are tricky either tucked in the back end corners or very front
edge for red pins with bunkers guarding the green. so just play to centre of
green and not be aggressive to attack the pin.

on another note, Jia Li just got her Class A pro certification. and yes Gabriel got his after playing in the SPGA medals.

looks like i got to plan a big makan and get the pros to pay.
