stiff neck or vein kena 'twisted'

what's the remedy.

tried sinseh cream, melayu cream and ang moh cream + japanese plaster.

still cant go away.

started a week agoi with the right side of the neck.. and just now.. left side also kena.

now walking like arnie from The Terminator!!!!!!!!!

see a doc and ask for muscle relaxants.

i was thinking of the same...

either Sleep position no good or body turning no good. Usually cause by the shoulder blade drop .. need a traditional tuina to push back the balde. PM me if you need the contact.

spending too much time under the sun or eating too much heaty food can also cause such symptoms. if this is the case, try drinking more liang teh or chin chow w/o the syrup.

Possible considerations:

1. Go sinseh....in SG, I go Hua Mei at Bkt Merah....poke poke with needle, then do cupping, then you feel like almost new.....for me, that is until I go for game, then realize, stiff or no stiff, same score...sigh

2. Go tui-na....poke poke rub rub with finger....places vary....lorong xx, or personal calls..

3. the see ang-moh type of doctor..called western medicine....kena jab to relieve stiff muscle

go see Chinese doctor. There are a few good ones, just ask around. Mine at Tampines St 44. They can massage, do needle, give medicine, heat therapy and do bone manipulation....all at one price (western need to go see doc/specialist + Physical teraphist + chiropractor...all i went before and paid thousands)

I use to get stiff neck quite often last time.....but ever since I put on and wore the Phiten necklace, i seldom get it nowadays. I have since "upgraded" to X50 and still serving me well. Also, whenever my elbow or fore arm aches, I will tie/coil it round that area n it will relieve the aches.......so my case is more of prevention......
If i do get stiff neck nowadays, i will do my arms & neck stretches n it can go away in about 5days ? (is that considered long ? )
