PS You are not trying to show your appreciation of the RAZR FIT right because DGMan already had one long time ago with individual fitting and so forth. Don't get your point...

Hi Titu i was trying to poke fun at this new development from callaway golf. It appears they may be gearing up to offer some form of customization and adding some color to appeal to a broad customer base.

However if u go on the actual website, their shafts options is quite pathetic, no DJ no Fubuki K, and if you actually see what the up charge is, you will be turned off.

Incremental steps perhaps.

For me, Callaway had been one of the brands I associate with old school golf, and one that I am starting to return to now that I find myself on the wrong side of 30s. Maybe like the old dog that is slow to learn new tricks, Callaway will take some time to learn how to keep up with the new puppies. Until they do that, and get the customization down to suit the exact percularities of this mid life hacker, I will rely on Big Fish to help me get what I want my equipment to look, sound and perform to.

Master offers similar service with the work contracted out to either S70B or GMan...

looking for purple midnight colour paint for the crown.....like Bubba's pink, PPl will pay for that customization.

many will select the same paint as their car...jet black gloss and championship white LOL

the most we will go is to get a laser onto a club head for our customers...colour customisation is something that individuals may wish to do themselves.

i personally think that unless the owner is damn pun tang, colour DOES not improve the quality of the golf swing nor the performance of the product and that is NOT something that we will like to get involved in.

if you really like to be different, i suggest you send your driver to Bangkok to one of those who specialise in turning helmets into artform....i have a customer who has done it.
