Matt Kuchar's putting stroke

Watching Matt Kuchar's putting style I have realised 2 things.

1. He putts with his left leg about half back from his right foot.
2. He uses his belly putter differently from others in that he places the grip part of it flush aginst his left forearm. It is the same as a putting drill I saw in a golf magazine and which is used to keep a firm left wrist.

You are using belly putter too ?

No no...I using a "normal" putter. It is just that went I practice, I "attach" my alignmnet stick to the handle and make sure that throughout the putting stroke, the alignment stick is touching my the inside of my left forearm. when I remove the alignment stick, I "know" the feeling of putting with a flat left wrist and not breaking it.

Well Winston, Matt kuchar didn't win the Masters today. Guess better stick to traditional stroke huh?

dont know PA, actually, i use to putt with a flat left wrist. Sams as Phil where he does forward press just before the back stroke. It worked wonders. I stopped it for a while and putting went haywire. Only recently about 6 months back I started to go back to the original style. And as a drill, i use what i mentioned above and it is coming back to be.

AS for matt......that is one strange putting style........
