What's wrong with Oscar/Rohana

Anyone know an alternative to booking through Oscar/Rohana. SMSed Rohana on Monday lunch hour tp book Kukup, no reply. SMSed again in late afternoon, no reply. SMSed again yesterday morning, again no reply. Called later in the morning, no reply. I wonder if Oscar is still in this small business.

Last time I used to book through Mohamad Ali whose service is much better. Through Rohana, the previous response can be one day later.

Anyone know what's wrong?

I booked my game for Ponderosa with them last week. No issues whatsoever. Very good.

Yeah me too. I've had good experiences with them and their replies have been efficient.

But I SMS-ed them late last week asking about a Batam trip but didn't hear any news back.

In deed, they were good last time. Yesterday, sms to cancel my booking for new booking till now heard nothing. My understanding from Roh was transfered to another dept

I had not booked with either of them but I heard they are good.

Anyone has other agent contact to share?

I've never have any problem or so with Oscar. Reply is pretty fast and good. Still my only and preferred booking agent.

Give them another try and see if they fare better. If could one of those days where text gone lost or phone have problem kind of thing.

Wells guys, I spoke to Alia(rohanna). She just took over hence pretty busy. She finally responded. Thumbs up for her.

I have similar experienced with SMS, so i call them instead.

Who are they?
You mean we can book course in JB through agents?
Can someone tell me about this service?

No issues for me too.
But I whatsapp them.
This way I can check if they read the MSG.
They mostly read within the hour.

On a side note, anyone got an agent for palm resort?

Applicable for walk in from Mon- Fri for early bird
offer before 9am tee-off. Offer is good till further notice.

i had a really bad and embarrassing experience with OSCAR (not from Rohana) though.

i ask them to help check whether Starhill is opened on 31-Jan-2012 (Monday) morning, as i planned to bring my boss and colleague there for golf. I even emphasize that it is a MONDAY morning. They said "YES" provide me with the rate, and confirmation through SMS. So everything swee swee,

On 31-Jan-2012 morning, i picked up my boss and colleague, happily driving into JB planning to play 36 holes that day, only to arrive at Starhill and realised that it is CLOSED for monday morning!!

Imagine how embarrassed i am !!!

i quickly called OSCAR hp, and rohanna has to make last minute arrangement to put me into Palm Villa, which we ended playing only 18 holes (due to one 9 hole close for renovation)

Same here... i played 36 at Legends last weekend, 2nd 18 was booked in the same morning during my 1st 18 and we got a slot for the PM game almost within 1hr... hmm, maybe they dun have what you wanted?

I always ask her for a list of offers, most of the time she will respond within half a day max.

I've been trying to contact Oscar/Rohanna also for the past 2 days. 3 msgs sent, 1 yesterday and 2 today but still hear back nothing. This is kind of the first time that there's no response for such a long time.

Bro TDO, you mentioned that someone by the name of Atiqa responded to your booking. Is he/she using the same number as what was previously used by Oscar/Rohanna? Or is it a different number responding?
