| Hi guys, I noticed that after a couple of sessions at the range, my left forearm will ache and stiffen.. The result is I'm not able to release and hence, a drop in distance. Are my forearms supposed to ache? Or isit something wrong with my swing? 7i drop from 145m to 135m.. Sian man.. train my driver until its reasonably well.. then irons start to fail... | |

| Core muscles...esp the Abs.
You may want to check your release..hitting on the ground too hard without complete rotation?

| Pocket and wallet get hurt the most when you continuously lose to your buddies.

| Ya. I agree. Most of the time, my heart aches most. And when my heart aches all other aches doesn't seem to matter | |

| If ur forearms ache it may mean u are gripping too tightly. By right if u have a proper swing, it should b effortless n u shouldn't ache, esp if u play regularly. Unless u play 200 balls at the range. U may also wish to make sure to stretch n warm up before each session. Playing w cold muscles will greatly increase risk of injury | |

Sian man.. train my driver until its reasonably well.. then irons start to fail... No your forearms are not supposed to ache, its your core/back thats supposed to feel a slight strain but thats due to putting practise actually.
