Which part supposed to ache after golf range?

Subject: Which part supposed to ache after golf range? Mon Mar 19, 2012 11:47 pm

Hi guys, I noticed that after a couple of sessions at the range, my left forearm will ache and stiffen.. The result is I'm not able to release and hence, a drop in distance. Are my forearms supposed to ache? Or isit something wrong with my swing? 7i drop from 145m to 135m.. affraid

Sian man.. train my driver until its reasonably well.. then irons start to fail...

my is the right back lower muscle near the hip. and the wrist.

My wallet aches the most.

Core muscles...esp the Abs.

You may want to check your release..hitting on the ground too hard without complete rotation?

Pocket and wallet get hurt the most when you continuously lose to your buddies.

My ego dampened and mentally feeling ache & miserable after a lacklustre round - Failing to achieve what I set up to achieve for that particular round ... Sad

my heart ache after a range session .....when I see my shots.

Ya. I agree. Most of the time, my heart aches most. And when my heart aches all other aches doesn't seem to matter

If ur forearms ache it may mean u are gripping too tightly. By right if u have a proper swing, it should b effortless n u shouldn't ache, esp if u play regularly. Unless u play 200 balls at the range. U may also wish to make sure to stretch n warm up before each session. Playing w cold muscles will greatly increase risk of injury

usually my head hurts...

No your forearms are not supposed to ache, its your core/back thats supposed to feel a slight strain but thats due to putting practise actually.

ears will ache.....because gf will nag...... Very Happy
